Zusammenfassung
Es wird ein bauspezifischer und prozessbasierter Simulationsbaukasten für die Bauprojekteplanung vorgestellt, der im Rahmen des Projekts Mefisto entwickelt wurde. Das Ziel war die Entwicklung eines integrierten Simulationsbaukasten und Informationsmanagementsystems für eine zeitnahe, visuell aussagekräftige Simulation in relativ kurzer Zeit durch die extensive Nutzung der strukturierten, holistischen Informationen der Multimodelle. Der Simulationsbaukasten ist auf zwei Prozessklassen aufgebaut. Instanziierte Prozessklassen können beliebig kombiniert und auch als Referenzprozessmodelle parametrisiert abgelegt und wiederverwendet werden. Die entwickelten Simulationsbausteine und die Nutzung von Referenzprozessmodellen sowie die semiautomatische Detaillierung von Terminplänen werden in drei Szenarien vorgestellt. Der Fokus liegt in diesem Kapitel auf der Montagesimulation und den Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der Simulation, um den Fachplaner bei der strategischen und operativen Entscheidung in der Planung von Bauprojekten zu unterstützen. Der Simulationsbaukasten ist am besten geeignet, schnell Bauausführungsvarianten zu untersuchen.
