Zusammenfassung
Prozessmodelle sind vereinfachte Abbildungen von Prozessen in einem Unternehmen oder zwischen Unternehmen. Sie stellen die chronologisch-sachlogische Abfolge von Tätigkeiten dar. Je nach Zielsetzung weisen Prozessmodelle einen unterschiedlichen Detaillierungsgrad und Umfang auf.
