Abstract
It is a very rare tumor. There seems to be predilection for the female sex. Age ranges from 10 to 60 years, and the average age is about 25 years. The most frequent site is the foot and ankle, followed by the knee and the upper limb. It is hardly ever observed at the limb girdles or in the trunk.
