Zusammenfassung
Die Unternehmung ist als eine zielgerichtete Potential- und Aktionsstruktur charakterisiert worden oder noch kürzer ausgedrückt: als ein Aktionszentrum (vgl. Kosiol, 1966/1968). Die längerfristig konstante, auf die Erreichung spezifischer Ziele (Programme) ausgerichtete grundlegende Potential- und Aktionsstruktur bildet die Organisation der Unternehmung (vgl. Bleicher, 1991, S. 34 ff.; Hahn, 1971, S. 167 f.; Grochla, 1972; Frese, 1998, S. 7; Krüger, 1994, S. 13 ff.). Obwohl Aktionen zwingend an Potentiale gebunden sind, kann zum einen eine gesonderte Betrachtung der zielgerichteten Potentialstruktur (Potentialsystem; Aufbauorganisation), zum anderen der zielgerichteten Aktionsstruktur (Aktionssystem; Ablauforganisation) erfolgen (vgl. Hahn, 1996, S. 21 ff.).
