Zusammenfassung
„Selektives Muskeltraining“ und „selektiver Einsatz der Muskulatur“ sind von der Funktionellen Bewegungslehre Klein-Vogelbach geschaffene Begriffe. Die Selektion kann einen bestimmten Muskel, aber auch eine Muskelgruppe betreffen. Bewegungsanalytisch ist es z. B. wichtig zu wissen, in welchen Aktivitätszuständen Muskeln aktiviert werden. In den Kursen „Selektives Bauch- und Rückenmuskeltraining“ und „Selektives Training der Extremitätenmuskulatur“ wird das selektive Muskeltraining erläutert und in der praktischen Arbeit angewendet.
