Zusammenfassung

Die ersten Replantationen wurden mit den Kenntnissen der Gefäßchirurgie durchgeführt. So replantierte Hopfner 1903 erfolgreich Hundebeine. Lapchinsky berichtet 1960 über seine guten Ergebnisse nach Replantationen von Hundeextremitäten 1. 1966 berichteten Buncke und Schulz über experimentelle Replantationen von abgetrennten Kaninchenohren. 1965 hatten die gleichen Autoren Versuche mit abgetrennten Mittelhänden und Fingern bei Rhesusaffen durchgeführt. In einer Versuchsreihe, bei der Gefäße von 0,7–1,2 mm im Durchmesser genäht worden waren, war in einer Serie von 10 Fingern bei einem Finger die Replantation erfolgreich.
