Die Multidimensionalität chronischer Schmerzsyndrome (vgl. Kap. 1) erfordert eine Diagnostik, die sowohl die biomedizinische und psyschosoziale Ebene des Problembereichs erfaßt als auch innerhalb der Ebenen verschiedene Aspekte differenziert.
