Abstract
The tentative phase diagram shown in Fig. 4 is based on Hansen [A] in the range Fe-FeAs, but the α(Fe) solvus is due to Svechnikov et al. [1], Svechnikov and Shurin [2] and Predel and Frebel [16]. The critical points in the range Fe2As-FeAs are taken from Sawamura et al. [3]; the range FeAs-As from results of Clark [4]. Arsenic sublimes without melting at atmospheric pressure. The hypothetical melting point at 1 bar = 808°C (Hultgren [D]) has been adopted in Fig. 4.
