Zusammenfassung
In den vorausgehenden Kapiteln haben wir einige nicht-kooperative Spiele kennengelernt, deren Auszahlungen identisch mit denen kooperativer Spiele waren. Für das komprimierte Zeuthen-Harsanyi-Spiel ergibt sich z.B. die Nash-ösung als Nash--Gleichgewicht; beim Rubinstein-Verteilungsspiel erhält man für bestimmte asymptotische Eigenschaften der Parameter die Nash-Lösung als teilspielperfektes Gleichgewicht. Dabei war es jeweils notwendig, spezifische Regeln für das nicht-kooperative Spiel zu unterstellen. Auch die Annahme eines unendlichen Zeithorizonts kann als eine spezifische Spielregel interpretiert werden, die die Voraussetzung dafür schafft, Auszahlungen an der Pareto-Grenze als Nash-Gleichgewicht zu realisieren. So könnte man beispielsweise die Umwandlung einer Personengesellschaft in eine Kapitalgesellschaft als eine Änderung des institutionellen Rahmens ansehen, die gewährleistet, daß das Unternehmen einen unendlichen Zeithorizont bei seinen Entscheidungen zugrundelegt.
