Zusammenfassung
Es muß zwischen offenen Quetschungen mit Zerstörung von Haut und Knochen, Sehnen und Nerven sowie geschlossenen Quetschungen unterschieden werden, verlangen beide Verletzungsarten doch weitgehend unterschiedliche Behandlungsmaßnahmen. Beiden Verletzungen gemeinsam ist das erhebliche Ausmaß des posttraumatischen Oedems, welches besonderer Beachtung bedarf.
