Zusammenfassung

Das Vorgehen bei Frakturen im Bereich der Hand folgt den gleichen Grundsätzen, wie sie allgemein für die Knochenbruchbehandlung gelten:

  • einwandfreie Diagnose,

  • exakte Reposition des Bruches,

  • ausreichend lange Immobilisation in Funktionsstellung,

  • Überwachung der Haut- und Durchblutungsverhältnisse,

  • Erhaltung der Bewegungsmöglichkeit aller Gelenke, deren Ruhigstellung nicht erforderlich ist.
