Abstract

No distinct boron-polonium derivative has yet been prepared. However, the dissociation energy ED has been calculated for BPo from the hyperbolic dependence of ED of similar molecules with isostructural atoms on their atomic nuclear charges; a numerical value of 91±19 kcal/mol was obtained [1].
