Zusammenfassung
Das industrielle Datenmanagement steht derzeit häufig noch im Bereich der Operational Technologies (OT). Das heißt, es werden derzeit hauptsächlich Primärdaten, also Daten, die für einen speziellen Zweck erhoben wurden, zur Überwachung und Prozessoptimierung verwendet. Die Künstliche Intelligenz bringt hier, vor allem durch die erweiterten Möglichkeiten der Datenanalyse und des Maschinellen Lernens, neue Möglichkeiten, Wissen über Prozesse und Vorgänge zu erlangen.
