Nutzung von OGC API Features und OGC SensorThings API zur INSPIRE-konformen Bereitstellung von Umweltdaten

Zusammenfassung

Dieser Artikel diskutiert die Frage, wie mithilfe der OGC-Standards SensorThings API und OGC API Features eine leichtgewichtige und gleichzeitig INSPIRE-konforme Bereitstellung von Umweltdaten erfolgen kann. Hierbei wird der entwicklerfreundliche Charakter dieser neuen Generation von Standards genutzt. Anhand eines Beispiels aus dem Bereich der Messung von Luftqualitätsdaten wird die praktische Nutzbarkeit untersucht. Im Zuge des vorgestellten Lösungsansatzes wird die OGC SensorThings API verwendet, um Messdaten bereitzustellen, während die zugehörigen Stationsdaten über die OGC API Features ausgeliefert werden. Gleichzeitig wird ein Ansatz präsentiert, wie eine Verlinkung zwischen diesen beiden Datensätzen erfolgen kann, um eine nahtlose, gemeinsame Exploration beider Typen von Daten zu ermöglichen. Aufbauend auf diesem Konzept erfolgt eine Evaluierung mithilfe etablierter Software-Pakete wie FME, 52°North Sensor Web Server, ldproxy und GeoServer. Dieser Ansatz kann einerseits als Anregung für ähnliche Vorhaben dienen und demonstriert gleichzeitig, dass mit vergleichsweise geringem Aufwand praktische Vorteile aus aktuellen Entwicklungen im Rahmen von INSPIRE gezogen werden können.
