Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag thematisiert Smart Service-Geschäftsmodelle und deren Entwicklung im industriellen Kontext. In einer Delphi-Studie mit Experten aus der Praxis wurde eine Definition des Smart Service-Begriffs erarbeitet, die Struktur von Smart Service-Geschäftsmodellen diskutiert und ein Set von Mustern erarbeitet, die das Nutzenversprechen von Smart Services für den Kunden fokussieren. Weiterhin wird ein Vorgehensmodell zur Entwicklung von Smart-Service-Geschäftsmodellen vorgeschlagen, welches diese Muster nutzt, um die Ideenfindung für innovative Smart Services zu unterstützen.
