Zusammenfassung

Europäische Integration und Politiktransfer werden in wissenschaftlichen Diskursen eher selten in Verbindung zueinander gesehen (Bulmer/Padgett 2004; Radaelli 2004). Wenngleich sich beide Themenfelder originär nicht mit Bildung befassen, bieten sie zentrale Ansatzpunkte für das Verständnis europäischer Berufsbildungspolitik , zum Beispiel bei der Übernahme von Bildungspolitiken anderer Länder oder dem Transfer eigener Ansätze ins Ausland, aber auch für das Verständnis der Steuerung und Steuerbarkeit nationaler Berufsbildungspolitiken im Mehrebenensystem der Europäischen Union.
