Zusammenfassung
Die austauschorientierte Führungssicht stellt auf die Interaktion zwischen den beiden Führungsbeteiligten, den Mitarbeitern und den Führungskräften, ab und analysiert, wie diese Beziehung beschaffen ist. Neben den Ausführungen zur Sozialen Austauschtheorie als konzeptioneller Basis werden hier die wichtigsten Ansätze der austauschtheoretischen Führungssicht diskutiert. Dazu zählen hier zum einen das Modell des Idiosynkrasiekredits nach Hollander (1958, 1978), zum anderen der sogenannte Leader-Member-Exchange (LMX) Ansatz und zum dritten die beziehungsorientierte Führungstheorie nach Uhl-Bien ( 2006). Neben den Grundannahmen werden auch die wesentlichen bisherigen empirischen Forschungstendenzen, insbesondere zum LMX-Modell, diskutiert.
