Zusammenfassung
Der Beitrag betrachtet den Prozess der Internationalisierung für KMU. Ein Spannungsfeld für erfolgreiches internationales Wachstum wird aufgebaut. Dieses bezieht sowohl den unternehmensexternen sowie -internen Kontext mit ein, Schlüsselfaktoren daraus werden hervorgehoben. Ausgewählte Aspekte zum Erschließen von Wachstumschancen werden darauf aufbauend entwickelt und vorgestellt. Die Integration wichtiger Fragestellungen und Handlungsfelder für das Management in KMU runden die Betrachtung ab.
