Zusammenfassung
Influencer Marketing und Influencer Relations werden seit mehr als zehn Jahren für den Einsatz im Rahmen der Unternehmenskommunikation diskutiert. Während Influencer Relations darauf abzielt, Influencer als Schnittstelle zwischen Unternehmen und Stakeholdern einzusetzen, um auf die Meinungsbildung einzuwirken, werden beim Influencer Marketing vorrangig absatzpolitische Ziele verfolgt (vgl. Ruisinger 2016 S. 103; Carter 2016). Nachfolgend werden die Begriffe Influencer Relations und Influencer Marketing unter dem Begriff Influencerkommunikation zusammengefasst (vgl. Pleil et al. 2018, S. 5).
