Zusammenfassung
Nachdem die Produktion im Fluss arbeitet und eine gleichmäßige Auslastung durch den Kundentakt erreicht ist, folgt eine genauere Betrachtung der Logistik und die Steuerung der Materialströme zwischen den Prozessen. Der Einsatz von Kanban ist der Schlüssel für eine Produktion nach dem Pull-Prinzip, welches eine Push-Produktion ablöst. Die Verknüpfung von Materialfluss und Informationsfluss schafft die Basis für einen optimierten Wertstrom.
Wer zu spät kommt, den bestraft der Kunde.
