Zusammenfasung
Abstract
In this paper, ethical questions are derived on the basis of technical developments, especially in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence. After a brief overview of current media reports on the application of artificial intelligence and the systematization of its forms up to technical systems that take over bodily functions (cyborgs), the relationship between humans and machines is examined in more detail. The perception of the machine as a human aid is contrasted with the ethical dimension of a self-learning machine equivalent to humans, and then the question is raised as to whether such a self-learning machine could have a moral. Based on this, mechanisms of control over these machines are discussed, as well as the question of the extent to which their use could have a negative impact on human development and performance. Finally, the social effects of the digitalization of the economic world are sounded out and critically reflected upon.
