Zusammenfassung
Third-party funding in litigation and international arbitration is a topic of much discussion nowadays. There are various different ways that cases are and can be funded in different jurisdictions, and the term “third-party funding” can mean different things in different contexts. This paper addresses the type of funding most commonly contemplated in international arbitration.
