Zusammenfassung
Fast zur gleichen Zeit sind zwei Werke erschienen, wie man sie sich verschiedener nicht denken kann, und trotzdem bestehen zahlreiche Parallelen zwischen den beiden; im Grund enthalten sie zwei diametral entgegengesetzte Stellungnahmen zu ein und demselben Problem. Das ist auch die Veranlassung dafür, daß wir sie hier gemeinsam besprechen. So versuchen beide Bücher ganz bewußt, in ihrer Diskussion soziologischer Grundprobleme aus dem engen Rahmen der Fachwissenschaft herauszutreten.
