Zusammenfassung
Urteile von Lehrkräften stehen oft im Fokus empirischer Forschung. Dabei wird davon ausgegangen, dass diese lernrelevanten Urteile über Schüler*innen unterrichtliche Entscheidungen in der Gestaltung von Lernumgebungen beeinflussen. Zudem hat sich gezeigt, dass Urteile in Form von Erwartungen an die Leistung von Schüler*innen ebendiese auch beeinflussen können. Im Rahmen dieses Überblicksbeitrags werden Urteile von Lehrkräften näher beleuchtet und zwar mit Fokus auf zwei Differenzkategorien (Geschlecht und Migration) nach denen Lernende voneinander unterschieden werden können. Zur Realisierung von Chancengleichheit im Rahmen des Heterogenitätsdiskurses ist dabei besonders bedeutsam, dass diese Urteile nicht systematisch für unterschiedliche Schüler*innengruppen verzerrt sind. Dies zeigt sich jedoch nicht in den bisherigen empirischen Studien. Gleichwohl kann mit Blick auf die Forschung festgestellt werden, dass die Akkuratheit der Lehrkrafturteile nur in vereinzelten Studien von Schüler*innenmerkmalen beeinflusst ist. Die Forschungslage hierzu ist jedoch noch sehr dürftig. Die Darstellung bisheriger Forschung wird dabei in den Kontext objektiver Unterschiede zwischen Lernenden unterschiedlicher Schüler*innengruppen eingebettet.
