Zusammenfassung
Der Beitrag veranschaulicht anhand der Betrachtung eines infrastrukturellen Aufwertungsprozesses im Rahmen der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit im ländlichen Kamerun, wie Projekte scheitern können und welche Perspektiven bestehen, durch sorgfältige ethnografische Studien lokale.
Strukturen, Bedürfnisse und Kapazitäten besser zu berücksichtigen. Ziel ist es, Bewohner als die eigentlich Projektbegünstigten von infrastrukturell ausgerichteten Aufwertungsprozessen in der Stadterneuerung im globalen Süden stärker in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen.
