Zusammenfassung
Eine der zwei Hauptsäulen von Entrepreneurship ist das unternehmerische Denken. Unternehmerisches Denken ist eine Geisteshaltung, die auf Vorausschau und aktiver Gestaltung der Rahmenbedingungen beruht. Dabei wird bewusst der Weg gegangen, entgegen tradierten Konventionen zu denken und ganz neue Blickrichtungen zuzulassen. Man versucht, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu finden, die das bewährte Alte durch das bessere Neue ablösen können – ohne dabei jemals die kritische Distanz zu sich selbst und zur eigenen Innovation zu verlieren, um permanent Verbesserungen zuzulassen. Unternehmerisches Denken nimmt Risiken, Umwege und Rückschläge in Kauf und betrachtet Unsicherheit als Chance, nicht als Bedrohung.
