Zusammenfassung
Dem wertbasierte Geschäftsmodellansatz nach Bieger/Reinhold[2] liegt die Prämisse zugrunde, dass der wichtigste Zweck eines Unternehmens in der Schaffung von monetären und nicht-monetären Werten für die Anspruchsgruppen des Unternehmens, wie beispielsweise Kunden, Lieferanten, Mitarbeiter, Kapitalgeber, Öffentlichkeit, und das Unternehmen selbst, liegt. Insofern veranschaulicht ein Geschäftsmodell die Logik, wie ein Unternehmen Geld verdient. Der Ansatz, basierend auf dem Business Canvas von Osterwalder/Pigneur, umfasst sechs Stufen: Leistungskonzept (Value Proposition), Wertschöpfungskonzept (Value Creation), Kanäle (Value Communication and Transfer), Ertragsmodell (Value Capture), Werteverteilung (Value Dissemination) und Entwicklungskonzept (Value Development).
