Zusammenfassung
Die Studie „Burnout bei Schweizer Lehrpersonen“ (Baeriswyl, Krause & Kunz Heim, 2014), welche die Arbeitsbelastung und Gesundheit von Lehrpersonen untersuchte, löste in der Schweiz ein grosses mediales Echo aus. So hiess es: „Ein Drittel der Lehrer ist Burn-out-gefährdet“ (z. B. Tagesanzeiger Online, 26.10.2014). Einen starken Einfluss auf das Burn-out hatte dabei das schwierige Verhalten von Schülerinnen und Schülern während des Unterrichts (Baeriswyl et al., 2014). Schulisches Problemverhalten gilt als einer der bedeutendsten Faktoren, was die Berufsbelastung von Lehrpersonen betrifft.
