Zusammenfassung
„Wo immer heute in großem Stil Bauprojekte in Planung sind, formiert sich Protest, marschieren Bürger, Betroffene und Basisgruppen auf. Der Widerstand flackert in den großen Städten genauso auf wie auf dem flachen Land, er erfasst Küstenbewohner – und Schwarzwaldbauern. Es ist ein Protest, der sich oft gegen Projekte stemmt, die Veränderung bedeuten würden: Flughafenerweiterungen, Bahngleise, Windräder und Stromtrassen. Selbst U-Bahnen und Stadien sind nicht tabu. „Infrastruktur war immer ein Zeichen von Fortschritt, es waren die Leuchtturmprojekte einer Gesellschaft“, sagt der schleswig-holsteinische Ministerpräsident Torsten Albig.
