Zusammenfassung
Die Polizei Deutschlands befindet sich in mehrfacher Hinsicht in einer Umbruchphase. Übliche Stichworte hierfür sind Terrorismus, Migration, organisierte Kriminalität sowie neuere Kriminalitätsformen, die mit dem technischen Fortschritt verbunden sind und die unter dem Begriff „Cyberkriminalität“ zusammengefasst werden. Diese Entwicklungen treffen auf eine Polizei, deren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in den nächsten fünf Jahren überproportional in Pension gehen werden.
