Zusammenfassung
Die bisherige Literaturanalyse hat gezeigt, welche Rolle Unternehmen und Konsumenten in Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeit zukommt und welche Bedeutung Informationen in diesem Zuge haben. Im weiteren Verlauf der Dissertation wird anhand einer spezifischen Zielgruppe, der Generation Y, die Eignung von Nachhaltigkeitsberichten für Konsumenten durch eine repräsentative Bevölkerungsumfrage analysiert (vgl. Kapitel 6). Dafür wird mithilfe einer empirischen Studie untersucht, welche Informationsbedürfnisse die ausgewählte Zielgruppe aufweist.
