Zusammenfassung

Cyber-Angriffe auf Staaten und deren kritische Infrastrukturen sind schon lange keine Fiktion mehr, sondern Realität. Die vermeintliche Anonymität von Angriffen und die kostengünstigen Möglichkeiten zur asymmetrischen Wirkung haben Cyber-Angriffe im Informationsumfeld zu einem wirkungsvollen Mittel gemacht. Auch die NATO behandelt schon heute den Cyberraum als einen eigenen Operationsraum. Viele Länder haben Cyber-Fähigkeiten in ihren Strukturen abgebildet. Auch die Bundeswehr baut ihren Beitrag im Rahmen der Sicherheitsarchitektur in Deutschland aus, um die Chancen der Digitalisierung zu nutzen, aber auch um den Bedrohungen aus dem Cyber- und Informationsraum zu begegnen.
