Zusammenfassung
In Zeiten von Veränderungen, Dynamik und Disruption ist es gut, ein klares Bild von sich und seinen Stärken zu haben. Dieses Bewusstsein vermittelt Sicherheit und Stabilität. Doch nicht jeder weiß, was seine Stärken sind. Viele Methoden können einem helfen, sich besser zu verstehen, wie beispielsweise der VIA-Charakterstärken-Test. Doch werden Stärken erst durch ihre Anwendung und ihre Umsetzung wirksam. Deshalb ist es notwendig, beispielsweise im beruflichen Alltag zu überprüfen, wie wir unsere Tätigkeiten unseren Stärken entsprechend anpassen können. Dies ist auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen möglich. Und auch auf der Ebene der Zusammenarbeit ist es wichtig und hilfreich, die Stärken des Teams zu nutzen, damit die Herausforderungen in einer sich kontinuierlich wandelnden Welt mit innerer Ruhe und Gelassenheit gemeistert werden können.
