Erfolgreiche Unternehmensstrategien vereinen stets Kunden und Können eines Unternehmens, d. h. einen Marktbedarf mit der Fähigkeit, diese Nachfrage zufriedenstellend zu bedienen. Auf der Basis eines allgemeinen Verständnisses von Märkten, in denen sich Angebot und Nachfrage gegenüberstehen, werden in diesem Kapitel Wege aufgezeigt, um eine vorteilhafte Marktsituation zu erreichen und zu behaupten.
