Zusammenfassung

Die am Comer See gelegene Villa Castelli ist seit ungefähr 140 Jahren im Besitz der Bauherrenfamilie. Um das Gebäude besser nutzen zu können, sollte es grundlegend energetisch saniert werden, ohne seinen historischen Charme zu verlieren. Entscheidend für den Bauherren war dabei neben der zu erreichenden Wohnqualität auch die langfristige Nachhaltigkeit der Investition.
