Vor nicht allzu langer Zeit mussten Mitarbeiter nicht immer und in jedem Job mitdenken. Man übernahm Aufgaben und erledigte sie. Chefs delegierten und Menschen arbeiteten vor allem, um Geld zu verdienen.
