Zusammenfassung
Der Beitrag veranschaulicht integrierte Sozialplanung in einer Stadt unter der Überschrift „Brückenbauen und Vermitteln“. Collagenartig und anschaulich werden Praxisbeispiele und darin entwickelte Handlungsansätze erzählt. Dabei wird die Haltung deutlich, die zusammenführendes, vernetzendes Planen erst möglich macht. Facetten dieses planerischen Grundkapitals sind der wache Blick, neugierige Suchbewegungen und eine vertiefte Kenntnis der gelebten Räume und der Verwaltungslogik.
