Zusammenfassung
Als wir im Jahr 2000 die erste Auflage unseres Buches „Managing Motivation“ herausbrachten, galt noch für die meisten Personalchefs und Mangerinnen „Leistung muss sich lohnen“. Variable Einzel-Boni im Management hatten flächendeckend Fixlöhne abgelöst, obwohl zur gleichen Zeit variable Akkordlöhne in der Fertigung abgeschafft wurden. Nicht nur in Banken hat sich die Bonus-Unkultur breit gemacht.
