Zusammenfassung
Im Jahr 2001 begannen wir an der Universität der Bundeswehr München mit dem Forschungsprojekt Musterbrecher®. Inspiriert durch Persönlichkeiten und Organisationen, die Führung konsequent neu denken und leben – sogenannte Musterbrecher –, beschäftigten wir uns zu Beginn des Projekts mit den Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der die heutige Management-Professionalität prägenden Muster, Prinzipien und Erfahrungswelten.
