Zusammenfassung
„Ein Bild sagt mehr als tausend Worte“. Dieses Sprichwort ist mithilfe der Gehirnforschung leicht belegbar. Denn das Gehirn übersetzt jedes Wort in ein Bild. Wenn nun zwei Menschen miteinander sprechen, dann wird ein Bild vom Gehirn des einen Menschen in Worte umgewandelt. Diese werden ausgesprochen, vom anderen Menschen empfangen und dort wieder in Bilder transformiert. Damit ist klar, warum Missverständnisse in der Kommunikation eher die Regel als die Ausnahme sind. Dieser Beitrag zeigt, wie durch den Einsatz von Aufstellungen bzw. Bildern Missverständnisse verhindert werden können und wie Klarheit geschaffen werden kann.
