Zusammenfassung
Das Internationale Steuerrecht knüpft seinen Anwendungsgegenstand an grenzüberschreitende steuerlich relevante Sachverhalte. Jene werden evident, wenn Wirtschaftssubjekte in Geschäftsbeziehung zu Partnern anderer Jurisdiktionen treten. In diesem Zusammenhang wird gleichzeitig die Abgabengewalt zweier souveräner Steuerhoheiten berührt.
