Zusammenfassung
Die Arbeitswelt 4.0 setzt sich intensiv mit Workspace Design für mobile Wissensarbeiter auseinander. Auslöser ist insbesondere die digitale Transformation der Arbeit. Dabei wird die Arbeit zunehmend unabhängig von Raum und Zeit. Wertschöpfend sind Lösungsfindungen für komplexe Fragestellungen, welche häufig von dynamischen Projektteams ausgeführt werden. Dabei entstehen neue Ansprüche an die Architektur von Arbeitsumfeldern. Die Flexibilität in der Nutzung von verschiedenen Arbeitsorten gewinnt an Bedeutung. Neue Raumkonzepte beinhalten aktivitätsorientierte Zonen für Interaktion und Konzentration, Kommunikation zur Inspiration und die Visualisierung der Arbeit. Übergeordnete Designprinzipien wie Proximität, Visibilität oder Privatsphäre dienen zur Umsetzung strategischer Ansätze im Raum. Strategisches Workspace Design vernetzt Menschen, steigert die Teamleistung und fördert Innovation durch Vielfalt in der Arbeitswelt 4.0.
Firmensitze gilt es nicht als Arbeitsplätze zu planen, sondern als kleine Stadtviertel.
