Zusammenfassung
In Anlehnung an die Lernzieltaxonomie (Anderson et al., 2014; Bloom, Engelhart, Furst, Hill & Krathwohl, 1956) und an die Forschung zur professionellen Wahrnehmung (Bromme, 1992; Endsley, 1995; Santagata et al., 2007; Seidel et al., 2010; Sherin, 2001, 2007; Sherin & van Es, 2009) wurde das Kompetenzmodell zum professionellen Wahrnehmen und Handeln im Unterricht entwickelt. Das Kompetenzmodell illustriert, welche Kompetenz- und Wissensbereiche beim professionellen Wahrnehmen und Handeln im Unterricht zum Tragen kommen. Berücksichtigt werden sowohl generische als auch spezifische Kompetenzen. Wie bereits Endsley (1995) postulierte, müssen die spezifischen Kompetenz- und Wissensbereiche themenbezogen definiert werden – im Gegensatz zu den generischen, die themenübergreifend gültig sind. Für die vorliegende Arbeit geschah das im Hinblick auf den Umgang mit Störungen im Unterricht.
