Die bisherige Europäische Union kann in der jetzigen Form nicht weiterbestehen. Denn es gibt im Kontext mit dem EU-Austritt Anreize für andere Länder, dem Vereinigten Königreich zu folgen – man denke etwa an Dänemark (oder auch Irland), das 1973 zusammen mit UK der EU beitrat.
