Zusammenfassung
Die Anforderungen des BCBS 239 in Bezug auf Datenqualität und Reporting sind nun schon über drei Jahre alt. Erst jetzt gelingt der BaFin mit den MaRisk 6.0-E eine Integration in das nationale Aufsichtsrecht. In diesem Beitrag werden die Anforderungen von BCBS 239 und MaRisk 6.0-E im Hinblick auf deutsche Institute analysiert und Handlungsoptionen aufgezeigt.
Die in diesem Beitrag geäußerten Auffassungen sind die der Autoren und müssen nicht notwendigerweise mit denen der Stadtsparkasse Remscheid oder der FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie und Management übereinstimmen.
