Zusammenfassung
Im nachfolgenden Kapitel wird die Rolle des Top-Managements im Kontext von Industrie 4.0 untersucht. Dabei wird zunächst der Einfluss, den das Top-Management auf Industrie 4.0-Projekte ausübt, untersucht. Darauf basierend folgen abschließend eine Betrachtung verschiedener Rollenbilder und Entscheidungsstile, welche das Top-Management bei Industrie 4.0-Projekten einnehmen kann.
