Machen (Umfrage-)Zahlen Politik oder wird mit Zahlen Politik gemacht? In welchem Wechselverhältnis stehen Meinungsumfragen und politische Meinungsbildung? Inwiefern werden Umfragedaten in Politik und Medien strategisch genutzt?
