Zusammenfassung
Flache Hierarchien, agile Strukturen und sich selbst organisierende Netzwerke brauchen Wertschätzung, Entscheidungsfreiräume und Eigenverantwortung. Damit T.E.A.M. als Akronym für „together everybody achieves more“ und nicht für „toll, einer allein macht’s“ steht, sind viele Regeln des Teammanagements zu beachten.
Wenn zwei Menschen immer die gleiche Meinung haben, ist einer von ihnen überflüssig.
