Zusammenfassung

Die Wertstromanalyse ist eine visuelle Methode, um Prozesse grafisch darzustellen. Die Ist-Analyse und die Schritte zum Soll-Wertstrom sind die Elemente, welche zu verbesserten Prozessketten führen. Dabei spielen bekannte Kennzahlen eine wichtige Rolle. Anhand von Gestaltungsprinzipien können grundlegende Anforderungen an die System-, Prozess- und Informationsgestaltung abgeleitet werden.

Wo immer es ein Produkt gibt, da gibt es auch einen Wertstrom. Die Kunst ist, ihn zu sehen.
