Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag stellt dar, inwieweit Modelle und Methoden aus dem Coaching für schulische und berufsbildende Arbeitsfelder Unterstützung bieten können. Lerncoaching dient der Optimierung von Lernprozessbegleitung. Darin sind zwei Wirkungsrichtungen implizit: Zum einen werden Lernende in ihrem selbstgesteuerten Lernen gestärkt, und zum anderen erweitern Lehrpersonen ihr Handlungsspektrum. In diesem Kontext mag sich die innere Haltung der Lehrenden verändern: von einer Defizitfokussierung hin zu einer Ressourcenorientierung. Der Beitrag schließt mit der Frage, inwieweit nicht nur pädagogische Arbeitsfelder aus dem Coaching wichtige Impulse für die Praxis erhalten mögen, sondern auch das Coaching Anregungen aus Lernpsychologie oder Lernstrategie-Forschung bekommen kann.
